Our Story

My passion for creating Gluten and Dairy free desserts started over 20 years when we discovered that my husband was intolerant. Over the years I have been creating delicious cakes and desserts for family and friends that to their surprise is free from gluten and dairy.

After years working as a freelance food photographer, I decided in 2019 to follow my passion for food and start my culinary studies. By 2022 I completed my Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie.

Finally, a dream realised, sees the creation of Candied Glaze. Using quality ingredients that a free from gluten and dairy I am creating amazing, sweet treats that everyone can enjoy.
